Oil vapor from the crankcase recirculates into the air intake system because of backpressure in most vehicles, and this only gets worse once a supercharger is installed. Ford pickups are not immune to this problem, but 2009-2014 Ford F-150 oil separators are an elegant solution that you can often install in 15 to 20 minutes. The oil separator fits inline in the PCV hose.
