Description
Improved Braking. brake controllers are designed specifically for stopping tremendously heavy trailer loads – construction materials, trailers full of livestock, vehicles, etc. – quickly for enhanced safety, and the Brake Control Harness is made to connect your 2014-2018 Silverado directly to this system. This component is a fast-connect, plug-and-play adapter that links brake controllers directly to your Tahoe’s original equipment socket. Types of brake controllers supported include the Reflex, TriFlex, Discovery, and Venturer systems. The control harness is made with heavy-duty features to ensure it stands up to the rigors of hauling and is not easily damaged while in use.
Rugged Component. makes its Brake Control Harness for both strength and ease of use, with a protective slit-loom sleeve and 24 inches of 12-gauge wire for more installation options. The quick plug harness includes 2 plugs, 1 for the controller, the other matching the OEM Silverado socket. Made to color-match standard brake control harnesses, this harness is manufactured in the USA and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. It installs in under 10 minutes.
Application. The Brake Control Harness is usable with any 2015-2020 Chevrolet Tahoe models.

This works great on my 2006 F150 Lariat! I did have to purchase a connector to fit my truck (less than $20 on amazon) but after that it plugged right in, no hard wiring required. I did have to zip tie it underneath my dash due to the steep slant, but it has been working fine.
