These improved headers will give your exhaust system a deeper and more aggressive roar as your engine revs up while also heightening the speed of gas discharge to ensure that your exhaust doesn’t overheat.

      CAG-Soldered Stainless Steel. The Kooks 1-7/8-Inch Long Tube Headers with GREEN Catted Y-Pipe are manufactured solely from stainless steel metal tubes securely welded through CAG-soldered assemblies to guarantee leakless operation even over years of consistent driving.

      Installation. This product is difficult to install and should take about 1 hour.

      Warranty. There is a limited lifetime warranty on this product.

      Application. The Kooks 1-7/8-Inch Long Tube Headers with GREEN Catted Y-Pipe fits all 2015-2020 6.2L Tahoe models.

      Kooks GREEN Catted products are rated for forced induction applications making up to 750 RHWP and are built to EPA specifications.
