Who doesn’t love choice? Open up your truck bed for the stuff that needs it more, and take advantage of all that unused space above the bed with the new XR series tonneau covers from Retrax. With integrated, industry standard t-slot rails, you can mount a rack above your truck bed and be able to haul gear on the rack while being able to close your tonneau cover and keep the rest of your gear safe, dry, and away from prying eyes.

Basically, Retrax took their excellent MX series retractable covers and integrated T-slot rails into the sides, allowing you to adapt rack accessories from brands like Thule, Yakima, and Rhino Rack. So now you can throw on your favorite rack mounts or other t-slot accessories, only now with the added benefit of mounting these items lower behind the cab for better aerodynamics and reduced wind noise over mounting your gear up high over the cab.

The tonneau cover underneath is still the same quality you’d expect, available both in the solid polycarbonate (ONE) or aluminum (PRO) versions, with 200lbs or 500lbs distributed load rating respectively, which is pretty impressive. The covers can retract fully or lock in place at any point along the track and install with just simple hand tools and no drilling.
