Description
High-Powered Cool Air Charge. Enhance your Yukon’s performance by reinforcing the airflow using the Corsa PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake. This intake system draws in a higher volume of oxygen-rich cold air for more efficient combustion that generates torque gains of up to 11 pound-feet and an increase of up to 11 horsepower. With the improved air-to-fuel ratio, your Yukon will also experience faster throttle response and improved fuel economy.
No Tune Required. The PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake needs no aftermarket tune in order to operate. The stock tune is fully adequate to correctly run the intake system to match the rest of your truck’s engine. AmericanTrucks, however, still recommends a custom tune to reprogram your ECU to get the best possible performance from this intake.
PowerCore Air Filter. This intake kit comes with the maintenance-free PowerCore® air filter that lasts up to 150,000 miles of use with no oil needed. This hyper-efficient filter features the PowerCore® Filtration Technology for improved performance by directing air through specifically designed channels that allow cool clean air to efficiently enter the engine.
Premium Construction. Featuring Corsa's Dynamic Flow Technology, engineers designed this PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake with special air ducts to maximize air delivery. It utilizes a durable, fully enclosed air box to keep the hotter surrounding air from getting into the system. The high-strength air duct delivers the most efficient airflow with its free-flowing construction with smooth transitions.
Bolt-On Installation. This Cold Air Intake was engineered designed to match your Yukon for perfect fitment and performance. It reuses the factory mounting points of your truck and ensures precise OEM fitment. The straightforward installation uses basic hand tools and completes with light to moderate mechanical skills.
Lifetime Warranty. A Limited Lifetime Warranty is offered by Corsa for this Closed Box Cold Air Intake Kit against factory defects in materials and workmanship. Some limitations and exclusions are indicated in the manufacturer’s warranty guide; please check the terms and conditions for full details.
CARB EO Pending. This PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake is currently not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emissions standards.

Nice Boost in Power !
Very easy install. They send a straight 4”x4” adapter for the throttle body. The intake on my 2023 6.2L is 3.75”, so I had to find & purchase the correct size.

Worth the money
This Cold Air Intake not only looks great, sounds great and is performing as advertised, it installed in 35 min. I’ve put CAI’s in 3 other SUV’s but this one tops the others. Highly recommend for the 2024 GMC Yukon XL.

Corsa Cold Air Intake Kit for 2018 6.2l GMC Yukon Denali
I installed this cold air Intake from Corsa in about an hour. Gave me a nice slight intake flow sound when throttling and makes cleaning and reusing the dry air filter again a breeze. Breaths a bit better now and looks great!

Excellent Filter and Air Box
I had been looking for a cold air intake for my 2021 Ford F-150 and absolutely love this Corsa box and Donaldson filter. Not only are the parts high quality, but the fit is great and the performance is highly noticeable. I drive around a lot in Eco mode and didn't like the throttle responsiveness and this setup has completely changed that. Initial throttle response is much better and it's even more noticable while cruising and managing speed. The only thing I would mention to someone installing this is that it uses the factory/stock air dam which does not form a complete gap when attaching to the box. I put tape around the joint to be sure all air is coming from outside of the engine bay, but this is very minor and easy to address.
