Much Better Than. Stock Ranchos
The ride on the OEM Rancho shocks was extremely rough. My wife is prone to migraines, and couldn’t take riding in my truck for long. I swapped out the rear Ranchos for these, and the ride was much better. I’m very pleased with the Bilstein’s, and will upgrade the front shocks as well.

Review shared from Bilstein B8 5100 Series Front Shock for 0 to 2.80-Inch Lift (09-18 4WD RAM 1500 w/o Air Ride)
Just finished putting these on my wifes truck!
After years of buying another brand of shocks decided to go with these this time. I did the 2.1 lift on these shocks but wish I would have went just one notch lower.n I did a full set all around with the 5100's. Definitely a upgrade over factory. The Factory shocks were beating me to death. These seem to have smoothed out the road. I also noticed that when she applies her brakes now I don't feel like I am about to go through the windshield.

Such a better upgrade over the junk air shocks that came out of my truck, made the truck ride sooo much better.

Review shared from Bilstein B8 5160 Series Rear Shock for 0 to 2-Inch Lift (15-25 4WD F-150 w/o CCD System, Excluding Raptor)
2017 F-150 with the decked system and the 5160
So I bought these to calm the rear end of my 17 half ton after putting the decked drawer system in the bed and later adding bags to bring the back end up. Rode like hammered crap. After installing these the back end is better than it EVER was. Had my wife ride with me on the initial test drive and she actually commented first. Cannot say enough good about these shocks. Will be adding the matching front set soon. Wife even said, “you have to do the front”! Highly recommend.

Bilstein Upgrade!
At 100K miles, it was definitely time to replace OEM shocks Researched extensively and could not have made a better choice! Much improved ride.
