Description
Unmatched Engineering. The Stainless Works 1-7/8 Inch Catted Long Tube Headers - Factory Connect are built to improve your Ford’s power and torque. In addition, you’ll get a major increase in the exhaust tone as well. Showcasing 1-7/8 inch, brilliant primaries, these headers include hi-flow cats and 3 inch collectors.
Louder and Prouder. This set of headers is engineered to produce a rich, strong exhaust tone that’s sure to cause a stir. Guaranteed to turn heads, you’ll hear an improvement in the deep tone and volume immediately.
Construction. Crafted from a 16 Gauge, 304 stainless steel, these custom-built headers are Tig welded and feature CNC mandrel bent tubing. Resistant to rust and corrosion you won’t have to worry about unwanted damage as a result of inclement weather. Showcasing CNC laser-machined flanges and smooth formed collectors, these state-of-the-art headers are second to none.
Installation. This moderate installation requires some mechanical knowledge. The install time is estimated at 3 hours or less and common garage tools are required. For long-lasting performance, quality hardware is included.
Warranty. These catted long tube headers come with a limited lifetime warranty. Any defect or flaw that may arise in the materials or workmanship will be covered in full.
Application. The Stainless Works 1-7/8 Inch Catted Long Tube Headers - Factory Connect are designed to accommodate all 2011-2022 6.2L Ford F-250 Super Super Duty models.

Great fit, and nice performance upgrade. Regardless what they say, they will fit a single cab. Just purchase the headers, and high flow cats. From that point, build your exhaust from that point.

I hear a lot of people saying they have a hard time installing this system. I was harder to get the original out!! Super easy install, no issues. Installed it by myself, in the driveway, with the truck on the ground. No lift needed.

Great sound
Sounds amazing, has a nice tone to er and it's louder but it's not annoying, would highly recommend it. Install would be a lot easier and quicker with a lift and if the ol rust hasn't gotten to any of the stock clamps

Sounds intimidating
I put these on my 2011 Raptor 6.2L SVT with the Banks monster cat back single exhaust with the massive black tip. I had my speed shop do the install!! Peterson Performance and am thankful that I did. They had their hands full and the price was justifiably fair!! With the high flow cats and the Banks cat back!! I couldn’t be happier!!

Sounds good, is a little drony. Will be installing the headers later. Only wish the spacing at the rear was wider or there was an easy way to make these dual side exit.

Good Sound not for the novice installer
This system is very well built. It sounds great with no major drone. The only problem for a novice installer is that the head pipe is designed to fit all F150s and has to be cut for shorter trucks such as a standard cab short bed. The instructions are pretty okay, but without experience they could be a bit confusing. It took about 2 hours to install.
