Simply pop the stainless steel ring up when you want to use it to secure a load, then hit it down flush when you don’t. Bull Ring’s stainless steel tie down anchors are an essential truck bed accessory. This Raised model sits just above the railcap, and only fits on the front stake pockets (by the window).
