Awesome air intake upgrade

This is second S&B air intake I’ve installed on a 6.7L diesel. Package came quickly, packed extremely well so no issues there. Installation instructions are very well put together along with a lot of pictures to help show steps. I really like the clear window in this intake box that protects the filter but yet allows you to show it off when you open the hood. I’m a little slower than the average bear because I don’t want to mess anything up so it took me about 1hr to install. Probably could get it done in 30-45min though. Once it’s installed, you can hear a low growl when you are pulling a load or you get on the gas pedal. Pretty cool I think. As far as helping on the mileage end, I don’t really see much improvement unfortunately but my engine temp seems to be lower as I pull up a grade which I really like as a benefit. I highly recommend this quality product.

I have a 2019 superduty and this kit is perfect for relocating the battery and getting that fresh air from up front. I am not tuned and actually getting a slight delay in throttle at easy throttle then get tons of power and assuming from all the extra instant air the ecu/vcu has to react buts not bad. I do hear more turbo which is always a plus.

S&B F350 Cold Air Intake (Air Straw)

i have noticed better fuel mileage, low end torque, throttle response, and can hear the truck breathe. The turbo is also a little more noticeable and the exhaust sounds deeper and meaner. All and all i am happy with this and would recommend it if you are considering it. It also was pretty easy following the instructions online and didnt take more than two hours taking my time.
