These tubes are then machine-formed incorporating 30-degree bends on either end to give the nerf side step bars a sleek look. The non-skid step pads for their part are injection-molded from high-grade thermoplastic material, making them highly resistant to cracking and deterioration. Finally, these step bars are finished in a chip-resistant black powder coating, giving these assemblies their distinct style.
