Upgrade to the Rancho RS5000X Front Shock for Stock Height and experience Rancho’s advanced suspension technology. It perfectly combines on-road driveability and off-road suspension flexibility.
Advanced RS5000X Shock Technology. Rancho equipped this RS5000X Shock with progressive rebound and compression discs. This unique internal system includes a precision-tuned shim stacked valving and reinforced interior construction that offers additional control while reducing body roll. Furthermore, the progressive valving engagement minimizes ground impact or force, especially when hitting potholes or bumps.
Reliable and Durable. Engineered to durably handle the demands of your truck’s dynamic lifestyle, this RS5000X Front Shock Absorber is composed of high-quality components. It features a sintered iron piston, nitro-carburized rod, a red boot, and black natural rubber bushings. In addition, it is composed of a massive, 35-mm bore and uses a high-pressure nitrogen gas charge to significantly reduce shock fade and deliver optimum performance.
Bolt-On Installation. This RS5000X Front Shock is designed as a direct-fit upgrade and requires no modifications to your vehicle. An alignment by a qualified shop is highly recommended after installation.
Carries a Lifetime Warranty. A limited lifetime warranty is offered by Rancho for this RS5000X Front Shock for Stock Height that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Some exclusions apply; please check the full warranty policy for complete details.

Improved ride
Combined these with Rancho 2” leveling front struts and now drives better than when I bought it new. Great ride and looks much better with front leveled out. Install took less than 30 minutes for rear shocks.

Easy Install
Had my 17 year old grand daughter install these for me. They ride good and handling has improved. I also add the air lift air bags so I could pull my 24 foot trailer without sag. A very nice addition if you pull a trailer.
