It protects the tailgate cap from impact or abrasion. Additionally, it enhances the look of the tailgate with the chrome-like polish of the stainless steel.

      Heavy-Duty Construction. This Tailgate Guard is made from 17-gauge stainless steel that gives it exceptional strength and toughness. Not only can the tailgate guard resist damage, it’s also resistant to corrosion and rust.

      Installs in Minutes. This Tailgate Guard is simple to install and comes with self-tapping screws. Minor drilling is required to complete the installation. It is recommend to use a high-quality automotive wax to maintain the tailgate guard’s original appearance.

      NeveRust™ Lifetime Warranty. The tailgate guard is warranted against defects in material or workmanship. Improper installation, abuse, misuse, and other exclusions are not covered by the warranty.

      Application. This Tailgate Guard is designed for use with 2006-2008 RAM 2500 Models. It will replace the existing tailgate caps on these models.
