Description
Performance. The purpose of this Exhaust Header is to improve the engine's breathing capacity. It can result in a boost in horsepower and torque and a discernible improvement in overall engine performance through a more efficient exhaust gas flow.
Efficient. Improved exhaust flow results in more efficient engine operation. Because the engine doesn't have to work as hard to discharge exhaust fumes, this Exhaust Header's efficiency frequently results in higher fuel economy.
Power. Your F-150's exhaust system will sound different if you upgrade to a stainless steel Exhaust Header; it will usually have a deeper, more resonant tone. Auto aficionados typically find this sound enhancement to be quite pleasing.

Better off to buy one that fits !
Installed it on my 02 F150. Required a lot of modifications in order to fit that cost double what I paid for the system. Made in China , I guess that's what we can expect. Works good and sounds decent once it's installed. I think the truck has more power and slightly better gas mileage than before.

Solid
Sounds amazing when paired with long tubes. It’s a DNA motoring catback and the hanger locations are not correct I believe it’s actually for an 11th gen truck. Not American Trucks fault though. Overall solid product sounds good just doesn’t fit without modification.

was easy to install and and sounds great the polished tip looked great for the first mouth and after that it started to discolor but for the price I can't complain over all it's great. I would buy it again

2002 F150 4.6 Single Exhaust System Installation
At this low price, I didn't expect much. However, the overall quality was very good with the exception of the rearmost pipe hanger, it was totally welded in the wrong place, not even close. I just heated the errant hanger with a torch and bent it as close as possible and adapted the rubber mount to fit. I love the sound of it and the subsequent gas mileage increase was remarkable.

if your not trying to spend a lot of money this is a great option but you’ll have to do some modifications to the exhaust to make it work in the first place. but other then that it’s a solid purchase

BEWARE
This does not fit 2003 5.4 f150 like stated. Had to pay a shop to install it. Because it requires a 2.5 to 3 inch adapter and the hangers all had to be cut and remounted to fit the existing hangers. Sound is good. Quiet at idle but when you get above 3k rpm’s it has a nice deep aggressive rumble which I like. Would have been 5 stars if it fit correctly.

Good value stainless system
Installed this kit on a 2001 F-150 Supercrew 4x4 5.4L. This is not a direct installation on this application. It will fit with modification. First off, the 2001 F150 does not have a flange to mount the kit to. To get it to fit up to the truck exhaust, I had to purchase a 3 inch to 2 1/2 inch reducer. The pipe on the truck that you will be attaching this to is 2 1/2 inch, and this system is 3 inch. That will solve your first problem. The second problem is that the hangers are not in the correct location or orientation. I solved this by cutting them off, then installing the exhaust with temporary hangers (I used tie down straps). Once I got the exhaust situated like I wanted it, I installed the hangers into the factory locations on the truck and welded them back to the pipe in their new locations. If you don't have a welder, you could use the style that clamps around the pipe. One more thing, this stainless pipe is hard. Don't waste a Sawzall blade like I did, go straight to cutoff wheel on an angle grinder. As far as sound goes, it is medium. Not quiet, not loud. But it has a good tone to it.

Really Nice & Subtle Headers
They’re great headers, give a nice slight little rumble with my stock pipes. There was a bit of a fitment issue on my passenger header flange, but me and my mechanic were able to make something work. Great product and quality of the headers are really well made.
