      Description

      Next Level Header Performance. Give your 4.6L F-150 a set of headers that offers next-level performance with these Silver Ceramic 1.50-Inch Shorty Headers. These headers are designed to replace your factory exhaust manifold and feature less restrictive 1.50-inch wide stainless steel tubes. These tubes, when combined with patented 2.50-inch wide Firecone collectors, produce high-velocity exhaust gases to increase power and torque numbers. This extra power can prove useful in getting your truck out of hairy situations whether on the road, track, or trail.

      Dynamic Exhaust Tone. These headers are also designed to give your truck a more dynamic exhaust tone that’s reminiscent of a high-performance racer. With these headers, you get an exhaust sound that’s deep and rumbling upon ignition, and raspy and explosive during acceleration. This way, your truck sounds as good as it performs.

      Retains Factory Catalytic Converters. Another convenient feature of these headers is they’re designed to retain the use of your factory catalytic converters. By doing so, your truck gets to maintain factory emissions levels.

      Rigid Stainless Steel Construction. These shorty headers feature mandrel-bent and fully welded 1.50-inch wide tubular stainless steel. This construction ensures maximum rigidity and a turbulence-free inner structure. Additionally, these headers feature CNC-machined stainless steel flanges measuring 0.375 inches thick for maximum resistance to warping and leaking. Lastly, these headers feature a show-worthy silver ceramic finish for that stunning under-the-hood appeal.

      ECU Re-Tune Not Required. These headers are designed to increase power and torque via their 1.50-inch primary tubes and patented Firecone collectors. No ECU re-tune is required. However, re-tuning your ECU in the future will always be helpful in maximizing the performance of these components.

      CARB Exempt. These shorty headers are CARB exempt under EO D-57-31. This makes them completely street legal in all 50 states.

      Application. These Silver Ceramic 1.50-Inch Shorty Headers fit all 2004 to 2008 4.6L Ford F-150 models.
