Moreover, this tonneau cover is designed to match the finish of your truck bed rail caps, giving an OE-style look that’s sure to turn heads.
Hard Tri-Fold Style. The Extang Solid Fold Toolbox Tonneau Cover is a hard folding cover featuring a 3-panel design that’s both lightweight and highly resistant to denting and bending. This tonneau cover secures onto your truck bed rails using proprietary Jaw-Grip clamping system. This system allows fast mounting, and quick removal of the cover to and from your truck bed, offering a number of truck bed access options. Additionally, this tonneau cover secures at the tailgate using exclusive EZ-lock clamps that engage and disengage easily. With the clamps locked and the tailgate closed, the cover can’t be opened, keeping the contents of your truck bed safe. Lastly, this tonneau cover utilizes a sealing system that’s engineered to fit into the grooves of your bed rail caps, providing superior weather protection.
Sturdy Build Quality. The Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Toolbox Tonneau Cover uses automotive-grade thermoplastic skins with a high-tech polypropylene foam core to construct the panels for strength minus the weight. These panels are paired to a frame crafted from high-grade aircraft aluminum that’s powder-coat finished in black. Lastly, this tonneau cover comes in a textured matte-black finish that matches your truck bed rail’s finish for an OE-style appearance.
Fast Install Procedure. Installing the Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Toolbox Tonneau Cover is fast as this tonneau cover comes fully assembled. This truck bed cover comes with an L-channel system that bridges the gap between the toolbox and the tonneau. Also, you may need to trim off part of your truck’s bed rail cap or bed liner if these interfere with correct clamping. Other than this potential step, installation is completed without tools.
