This factor makes the Edge Pulsar Inline Tuning Module and Insight CTS3 Monitor Combo the perfect performance upgrade for your RAM 2500. This combo pairs the Pulsar tuning module with the Insight CTS3 monitor to give you complete control of your ride. What’s more, this system accomplishes this without the need for unlocking your factory PCM, giving you the option to revert to stock whenever necessary.
Practical Fuel Economy. This combo system’s included Pulsar tuning module can also dial down the performance of your truck saving you fuel. This is achieved by its included economy tune which is designed to work with and without your ride’s multi-displacement system (MDS). The result is improved gas mileage.
Specialized Tuner Design. Central to this tuner and monitor combo is the brilliantly designed Pulsar inline tuner. Specifically, this tuning module will piggyback onto your factory PCM, modifying its signal in the process. This, in turn, allows you to change a wide variety of your truck’s parameters, including re-calibration of your speedometer, disabling your MDS, and advancing the ignition timing. More significantly, this tuning module won’t permanently modify your PCM’s configuration so you don’t experience any issues with your warranty.
Leading Edge Monitor. This combo system’s included Insight CTS3 monitor enables you to efficiently control the Pulsar module and much more. Specifically, this monitor allows you to monitor important vehicle parameters as well as engage the various tunes included with the inline tuner. And when you factor in its highly responsive – and customizable – 5-inch full-color touchscreen, this monitor will put the fun back in high performance.
Data Logging and Performance Tests. This tuner and monitor combo also includes a data logging feature designed to convert any system and performance parameters from your engine into practical data. This data can then be downloaded for analysis. Additionally, this system comes with a performance test feature that keeps you updated on your truck’s performance numbers like 0 to 60, quarter-mile, and other factors.
Check and Reset DTCs. This system also permits you to read and clear any diagnostic trouble codes your vehicle may be experiencing. This way, you’re able to eliminate any annoying check engine lights that may pop up on your dash. Just remember that a persistent check engine light could be a sign of a more serious issue and should be checked as soon as possible.
Eight Useful Tunes. This combo system’s included Pulsar tuner comes with 8 power tunes, giving you the performance you need for the driving situation you’re in. These tunes include economy, towing, performance, and 91 octane tunes that are further modified by turning the MDS on or off.
