Description
Specialized Design for Upgraded Performance. If you’re thinking of swapping out your HEMI’s valve springs to upgrade performance, then these Comp Cams Conical Valve Springs with Chromemoly Retainers; 0.660-Inch Max Lift are the way to go. These valve springs feature a unique conical form that's designed to naturally dampen their unnecessary frequencies which could lead to failure. Additionally, these components deliver up to 0.660 inches of max lift. These factors make these springs ideal for use in high RPM situations as well as when running more aggressive cams.
Rugged Build Quality. These valve springs are built from high-quality spring steel offering superior wear resistance. Also, these springs are machine-formed and provide a spring rate of 519 pounds/inch and seat pressure of 145 pounds. Their retainers meanwhile are crafted from high-grade chromemoly, making them extremely durable. Rounding out their construction is a natural finish.
Professional Installation Recommended. Installation of these valve springs and retainers will require the removal of your HEMI’s valve cover and related components. A full set and some specialized tools as well as extensive mechanical knowledge are also ideal to ensure their proper installation. If you’re not used to this type of procedure, professional installation is recommended.
