Short Attena

GM antenna is so tall it drags entering my standard height 9' wide garage door. Antenna get comming loose and this wasn't good for the mount in the fender. Ordered this antenna because it screws onto the GM mount without an adapter. Installation was simple, unscrew factory antenna, screw on new antenna. My antenna mount wasn't centered in the hole in the plastic cover at the base of the windshield. Had to flex the plastic cover a little to install thr new antenna and not cross thread it. Not a big deal but had to be done. Reception on all radio modes seems just as good as it was with the factory antenna.

Stubby Antenna

Great high quality product. Would not recommend if you take your vehicle through a touch wash as it is extremely sturdy and could risk damage.

Small antenna

I changed my antenna to the small one and there is no loss of signal. I mostly listen to SiriusXM and no difference in long antenna and the small one. I think the little one looks better.

This little antenna is way better than stock. Better construction and better looking. Screwed right in in 30 seconds.
