      Description

      High-Performance Cooling Upgrade. The B&M Dana 80 Hi-Tek Aluminum Differential Cover is designed to boost the performance and durability of your rear differential. It increases fluid capacity by 0.75 quarts for enhanced lubrication and cooling, while also helping extend the life of your ring and pinion gears. Designed for ease of maintenance, it includes a fill plug and a magnetic drain plug.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from A356.0-T6 aluminum, the B&M Dana 80 Hi-Tek cover is engineered for strength and heat dissipation. It sports a natural finish and includes a machined B&M logo for a clean, performance-inspired look. Load bolts are built in to support the bearing caps, ensuring long-lasting reliability.

      Installation. This cover features an easy bolt-on installation process that doesn’t require any drilling. However, a gasket is not included and must be sourced separately.

      Warranty. Backed by a lifetime limited warranty for added peace of mind.

      Application. This B&M Dana 80 Hi-Tek Aluminum Differential Cover fits 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty models.
