      Construction and Appearance. Constructed using high-silicon ductile cast iron, the BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit provides superior strength and thermal stability. The manifold is coated in high-temperature POR 15 black to enhance its resistance to heat and corrosion while maintaining an attractive finish. The design also features gasket-matched exhaust ports for improved flow dynamics.

      Installation. The installation process is moderately easy, with minimal drilling required. The kit includes an M8 stud install tool to simplify the installation, along with longer exhaust studs for enhanced thermal durability.

      Application. This BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit fits 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke Ford F-350 Super Duty models.
