TIGHT Fit for RAMBOX
Installation was quite a challenge. The rail system is a TIGHT fit. Helps to read all the directions first. "Add soapy water to the rails" would have been helpful before the instructional step. We used silicon spray and it was still miserable. Once in place, this cover is fantastic. I wouldn't call it water tight due to the 1/8" gap over the tailgate. I plan on adding a foam insulating strip to seal it.

I was nervous about spending so much on the cover, but worth every penny. Fit is great, instruction video for install was spot on and was easy to install. Rolls up nicely to preserve almost all available bed square-footage.

I picked up this bed cover at a great deal for open box item. With that said the tonneau cover was like new. Installation took only 30 minutes and works great. I live how flush it sits and easy to roll up and have access to the full bed.

Excellant Idea, Short Term Durability of Product
I've had 2 of these over the past 7 years. I love them, but my main complaint is that the last couple of sections of the material and aluminum slats wear out from normal use after about 3-4 years. My first one was warrantied. The one I currently have wore out just after the warranty period. I roll it up and down a lot to use the bed and when the glue that holds the felt on the underside wears off, you catch your fingers in the slats rolling it up and down (and it hurts too, I may add). They don't seem to have a very long life. I'm torn as to whether or not to buy another one. The idea is great, but that's a lot of money to spend every few years when it wears out.

Good fit, but took a lot of adjustment and lubing
So the quality of this product seems pretty good so far. I spent about 2 hours adjusting, loosening clamps and bolts to get it to fit just right. The tailgate end of the rails were bowing further apart if I tightened the clamps too much. Also had to lube the locking latch so it would close smoothly. Out of the box I couldn’t slam close it and had to pull the cord to get it to latch. Now it seems to be fitting well and stays locked while driving.
