This truck bed rear bar is designed to work with your BackRack guard or most standard headache rack, providing an effective anchoring system for longer cargo. Likewise, this truck bed bar’s unobtrusive design maintains the profile of your truck and is ideal for garages with low ceilings. Moreover, this bed bar will work with several tonneau cover designs, eliminating the need for its removal when using this component.
Robust Build Quality. This rear bar is crafted from premium 2-inch square steel tubes, offering maximum strength. These steel tubes are then machine-formed to precise specifications for an accurate fit when mounted. Additionally, a pair of plastic end caps provides the bar with a finished look. Finally, this assembly is finished in a chip-resistant black powder coating for optimal protection against corrosion as well as a sleek style.
No-Frills Installation. This truck bed rear bar is designed to install into the truck by inserting its legs into the truck’s bed stake pockets close to the tailgate. No drilling or other modifications are necessary for most applications. That said, you may need to cut out a portion of your plastic bed rail caps if your Sierra 3500 is outfitted with these. Also, this component will require minor assembly using standard hand tools.
