      Good product

      Good product, only complaint is when I purchased it I called customer service and specifically asked if this came either the mounting kit/hardware and I was assured it did. It does not and the kit is an extra 140$ but once mounted the rack looks great and is super sturdy on my 24’ Silverado

      F150 and Ram 2500

      Originally bought for my 2019 F150, just upgraded to a 2024 Ram Rebel 2500 and it still fits perfect, just needed a new mounting kit. Very solid headache rack and window guard. I've received tons of complements on it on both trucks.

      Solid Protection

      I purchased this for my 2023 F150, 6.5' box, with a Truxedo LoPro cover. There is a short and standard version. Pay attention to the model numbers in the description and build it on the backrack website to get the right parts. The price for the rack is decent, adding the install kit for the cover makes it less affordable. It is still cheaper than replacing the back window again! It works well with the cover, although the straps to tie it up when in use aren't long enough. I was expecting it to sit a little closer to the cab which is hard to tell in the pictures, but it's solid protection for the money.

      Love it, but only one problem, can't install it till they send me the Rail Plates to fit over my Weather Craft top that I can't install till they send me my needs' Was told didn't need and guess what did, and now they tell me out of stock, so all is what it is MY HEADACHE match

      Very Happy with this Headache Rack

      Product was as advertised, was easy to install, functions as it should and looks good. I do wish the name decal was not already on the rack but rather provided separately so the buyer could decide if they wanted it on or not. I installed the rack with the decal facing forward so it isn't as visible. Glad i was at least able to do that based on the design of the rack.

      Great service from American Trucks

      I had originally ordered this from BackRack. I received the attachment kit but no backrack. I called and they told me it was backordered and wouldn't be available for another 6 weeks! I contacted American Trucks, they had it in stock and shipped it out next day. Exactly what I wanted and very friendly and excellent customer service. They just EARNED a new customer!
