Designed using advanced CAD engineering and manufactured with rigorous testing for durability, you can be sure that this grille and light bar combo is of the finest quality. This ZRoadz rig is manufactured using laser-cut materials, precision TIG welding, and meticulous assembly with quality control.
High-Output LED Lighting. This ZRoadz grille and light bar combo is equipped with 20-inch of single row LED light bar. It has 100-watt LED and 10,000 lumens power output for a powerful lighting performance. The LED lights are encased in waterproof housing with an unbreakable polycarbonate lens. It has an Ingress Protection Rating of 69, which means the light bar is completely sealed and protected from the elements.
High-Quality Construction. This Upper Grille Insert from ZRoadz is made from powder-coated mild steel and the grille components are all CNC-machined for precision. Thus, you can be assured that this grille insert offers superior durability and great impact resistance. The light bar is completely sealed in a steel housing. No need to worry about road debris or off-road overgrowth damaging any of the components in this kit.
Straightforward Installation. This Upper Grille Insert is designed as a direct-fit add-on to your RAM 1500. Hence, installation should be straightforward and hassle-free. You will only need some basic hand tools and no need for modifications when you set this up.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. This ZRoadz Upper Grille Insert comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the structure and a 3-year warranty on the finish.
