You’re also guaranteed to get your money’s worth with this light bar. With an estimated lifespan of more than 50,000 hours, the Cree, Inc. LED bulbs will provide you with ultra-bright illumination for years.
Tough and Heavy-Duty Construction. You can take your truck anywhere and everywhere and this light bar will be able to withstand the most challenging conditions. First, the bulbs are encased in a heavy-duty aluminum housing. It’s coated with a sleek, anti-corrosion powder coat and has a clear, scratch- and shatter-proof polycarbonate lens. Second, the housing sports pressure equalization vents that prevent thermal expansion. These vents ensure that the lights always run cooler and, therefore, brighter. Lastly, the assembly is rated IP69 compliant. It’s 100% dust-tight and can even withstand high-pressure jets of water. In addition, the roof-brackets are made from laser-cut steel to ensure stability even on the bumpiest roads.
Simple and Easy Installation. ZRoadz engineered this light bar for a “through-bolt” plug-and-play installation. Only minor drilling is required to mount the brackets and make room for the wiring. Complete installation takes about 1 hour.
