Very easy to do. sounds great had it installed for a month now no problem all I did before I put it on is tape all part that might have needed it will update if it breaks and how long it takes

Ram reg cab
I had the exhaust cut out installed on my 2018 Ram 1500 regular cab RT I enjoyed the exhaust cut out on the ride home from the exhaust shop only to smell a burning plastic smell when I reached home to my driveway to look under my truck and see the plastic boot around my drive shaft melted! Single cab Ram owners beware this item is not for you I incurred over $1,000 in expenses and a headache the X-Force exhaust cutout does not have a downpipe to direct the heat towards the ground away from the under cab of the trucks that is a negative! On top of all of that the next morning I tried to engage the exhaust cutout to only see that the cutout was stuck would not open and is defective! :-(

Wasn’t too bad installing this, had to order a cigarette light adapter to hardwire directly to the battery. Would have preferred a turn down attachment to force the exhaust downwards.

Awesome modification
I was a little cautious when I first ordered it because some cutout valves can be pretty bad. But I’m really satisfied with the way it works. It’s reliable, easy to install and sounds great on my 3.5 ecoboost.

Looks good sounds good wide open
Welds look great! Pretty good product over all onlything I have a problem with is exsaust leaking while flange is closed. It makes a weird rattling sound when it's open as well. I just spent some good money having it welded on to my 500$ long tube headers very disappointed in that now its ruined..
