This cold air intake is designed to give your truck increased power and torque, as well as faster throttle response. This is achieved through a more free-flowing design combined with a closed air box, providing your RAM’s engine with lots of cool air, making fuel burn more efficiently and completely.

      No Tuning Needed. The Volant Pro5 Closed Box Cold Air Intake produces better performance numbers through a combination of its unique air box and duct design and advanced filtration technology, without the need for ECU re-tuning. However, some tuning to your engine’s computer in the future can always be beneficial to your truck.

      Fully-Serviceable Hi-Performance Filters. The Volant Pro5 Closed Box Cold Air Intake uses high-performance Pro5 oiled filters. This fully serviceable filter uses 5 layers of progressively finer cotton filter media that are crafted into a unit with a large surface area. The result is an air filter that provides you with maximum filtration, and a reduced maintenance interval of 15,000 miles between cleaning.

      Resilient Polyethylene Construction. The Volant Pro5 Closed Box Cold Air Intake is constructed from resilient molded polyethylene. The unique completely closed air box design keeps the Pro5 filter insulated, supplying your engine with cooler air compared to an open aid box design. This unit also uses silicone connectors that are much stronger and heat-resistant compared to rubber hoses. Finally, this cold air intake uses stainless steel clamps for corrosion-resistance.

      Straightforward Installation. The Volant Pro5 Closed Box Cold Air Intake installs directly into your stock air system’s location. No modifications are needed to your truck, and installation uses just standard hand tools.
