      Description

Economical Performance Gears. When you want to upgrade your gears for better off-roading performance, but if you don’t want to splurge, look no further than this 9.5 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit. This 4.56 gear set has got you covered, letting you tow heavy campers, conquer rocky terrains, and drive up inclined roads. As a result, these new gears will give you the power you need for a variety of uses at a more affordable price.

High Quality at Low Cost. This 9.5 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is manufactured using high-quality materials and the latest manufacturing processes. The gears start out from forged 8620-grade triple alloy steel. This case-hardened steel features a strong core unlike the metal used on factory gears. Next, the gears undergo machining to fine-tune the tolerance and clearance for the ring and gear pinion to run smoothly.

Retuning Required After Gear Change. Gear ratio is a factor that affects the speed measurements. Remember to recalibrate the computer with a tuner or recalibration device to update the speedometer.

Shop Installation Recommended. It’s a good idea to let your mechanic handle the installation of your new 9.5 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit. Since specialized tools and equipment are needed, it’s better to bring your truck to the shop for a professional installation.

Warranty Statement. The manufacturer warrants this 9.5 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit to be free from factory defects for a period of 1 year. The coverage includes material and workmanship issues but not incidental damages and normal wear.

Technical Note. It’s highly recommended that you upgrade both front and back gear ratios to match for GMC Sierra 4WD models. Turning on the 4WD mode while on mismatched gears would severely damage the drivetrain parts of your truck.

Application. This 9.5 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit fits 2007 to 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 models.
