2021 Big Horn - TSW743
2021 Ram 1500
I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab. First, this lockbox is well made and sturdy. My issue is that, contrary to Tuffy's description, the mounting brackets are not designed for my 2021 Ram. I had to modify the holes that mounted under the backseat bracket. The holes in the bracket were way too small. My backseat bracket had a large "washer" that I had to accommodate. Other than that, this is a great box. I wish it sat back under the seat a little further but I live with that.

Love the Box, but mounts had to be modified
Just as the title says. I love the Tuffy under seat lockbox but the mounts required modification in order to work with the 2021 Ram crew cab Limited. Had to modify the mounting bracket to fit around the nut on the seat bolt. Had the bracket not required modification, the install would have taken less than an hour (including removal of the factory storage bin. I do wish there wasn't so much wasted space behind the lockbox though.

Great for LEO/MIL or anyone who keeps a rifle in their truck.
Shipping was extremely fast, American Truck's Customer Service is great! Lock box works great, it is of high quality and very durable. I wish they had not included the 60/40 split but that is just personal preference. I am only able to get rifles out from the passengers side because of the split. All 3 keys are different. If all 3 keys were the same, I would have given 5 stars. Overall it is very solid and secure for storing firearms or other valuables out of sight. Install was very easy, took about 30 minutes. instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Great security box
Extremely easy to install as long as you have a T-20 torque wrench. Which I didn’t have but was able to track down. Ten minute process and locks up tight. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who wants to keep anything secure.

Easy install.
Easy install. Clear directions to take out flimsy storage and install this lock box. Very secure after the install, as it uses seat's bolts. Did some minor modification to mat to fit.

This is my 2nd box the same problem I had with 1st one is the same I have with the 2nd one the lock is not that sung fit .For security it is easy to pry open.So for a secure lock I Will put a latch and a lock on it
