T-REX is dedicated to delivering a quality product that's proudly made in the U.S.A.

      Aircraft Quality Materials. Construction starts with aircraft quality 6061/6063 billet aluminum which is then cut to length and shaped to the contours specific to the Sierra. Each grille is hand assembled and precision T.I.G. welded to ensure a clean, strong connection. After assembly, each billet grille receives a durable glossy block powder-coat that includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning process.

      Limited Lifetime and 3-Year Warranties. T-REX backs its products with a limited lifetime structural warranty covering the original buyer as well as a 3-year limited warranty that covers the finish. See details in complete warranty document.

      Installation. Bolt-on installation means fewer tools and no cutting to get the perfect fit. Installation is straightforward and generally completed in under an hour with all of the necessary hardware included.
