      Description

      Synergy Replacement Bushing. This Synergy Dual Durometer Bushing in Forged Housing is the ideal replacement upgrade for Synergy Lower Control Arms. Designed specifically for use with Synergy Lower Control Arms - 8551-02, 8551-03, 8583-02 and 8583-03, these Dual Durometer Bushing are self centering with 30 degrees of misalignment.

      Dual Durometer Bushings. The outer "soft" durometer of he bushing acts as a cushion and flex material, while the inner "hard" durometer lining acts as the bearing surface to allow the free floating inner sleeve to rotate. An internal bushing ring separates the inner and outer materials to prevent inner sleeve gaping at extreme flex. This design provides for a maintenance free, grease less, "zero bind" bushing.

      Forged 1045 Steel Housing. The rod end housing is forged from 1045 steel for strength and durability. The housing is then completed in a corrosion resistance finish.

      Application. This Synergy Lower Control Arm Dual Durometer Bushing in Forged Housing is designed to fit 2006-2008 4WD RAM 1500 Mega Cab models with Synergy Lower Control Arms installed. Sold individually.
