Solid Construction. Made using a carbon steel alloy, this hitch is tough enough to support the weight of your trailer. It's also impact-resistant, with trail debris having no effect on the part. CURT uses both a black powder coat and liquid A-Coat to protect the part from the elements and trail toxins. Together, these coats prevent rust and corrosion from affecting the hitch.

Welding Required. While the main hitch attaches easily to your vehicle by sliding into your hitch receiver, the same can't be said of the side panels. These must be welded in place to support your chosen frame. Professional help is recommended in most cases.

Multiple Warranties. CURT offers 1-year warranties to cover the parts used and the powder coating. It also offers a limited lifetime warranty that guards against material defects and factory faults. All of these warranties activate upon purchase, have exclusions, and apply solely to the original purchaser.
