Performance. The Dual Exhaust System improves performance in addition to looking good. It improves exhaust flow, which gives your GMC Sierra 1500's engine more room to breathe. This results in more torque and horsepower, which improves your Silverado 1500's performance noticeably. You will notice the difference in power whether you are hauling large cargo or merging onto the freeway.
Power. This Dual Exhaust System gives an amazing exhaust note in addition to better performance. The tuned pipes and dual design produce a rich, powerful sound that appeals to motor fans. It's not just noise; it's a powerful symphony that signals your presence on the road and provides a fun background score for your journey.
Efficient. Contrary to popular opinion, a more modern Dual Exhaust System can also help with fuel efficiency. It improves exhaust flow, which makes your engine run more effectively. By doing this, you can achieve greater gas mileage, pay less at the pump, and leave a smaller carbon imprint.
Installation. Putting this Dual Exhaust System with Polished Tips on your GMC Sierra 1500 is easy and requires no drilling.

Good value
The sound is good, installation was fairly easy. I opted for the side exit, but the turn-outs and the tips wouldn't tighten with the clamps provided; had to tack them in place. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. P.S. the tips weigh about 3-4 lbs a piece.

Poor Man’s Flowmaster
Install took a couple of hours. Hardest part was removing the old system and fighting the rusted bolts and clamps. Would recommend buying a new OEM clamp for the 3rd cat. Sounds to be a 2.5/5 loudness - very deep and throaty on startup. Minimal highway drone so far. Sounds very similar to Flowmaster Super 44 series.

great for the price
This exhaust sounds amazing, it has a deep idle and is super loud when you hit the gas. The only thing that wasn't great was the fitment. I had to cut off some of the piping because it wasn't in the exhaust hangers all the way. I had to cut about 2-3 inches on both of the pipes coming out of the muffler. Other than that it was great for the price and very much worth it

Dinamight
I installed this kit (Fr150-5.0) on a 2018 F-150 3.0 POWERSTROKE Diesel cause they don,t make a duel exhaust system for it. Thanks to F J B , that he killed the production line in Detroit to make those F***** Lightings. Ford only produced the 3.0 on the Detroit line. With only 3 years of limited production after market wouldn’t make a kit for it so I enfromisd this kit to my 150 POWERSTROKE. !!!!

Sounds perfect
Idling and driving under 1k rpm it's as quiet as stock. However as soon as you start it or go over 1k rpm it has a low grumble and not super loud but loud enough to make a difference.

While for the price point it is good and does sound good, there were some fitment issues towards the back near the spare tire.

Discount Performance!
I went from an OEM exhaust to to this one. There were really no reviews or anything for but it sounds awesome. It's worth it in my opinion if you don't have a 89k ride to justify a 1500 exhaust.

Great price!! Went together easily…
The price was awesome!! I did it in my driveway from start to finish was three hours only because I had to run to the parts store and grab some 2 1/2 clamps for the tailpipes for the stainless tips that was about the only thing I was unhappy about. Other than that it sounds awesome!!

Not perfect, good bang for buck
Better than paying $1300 for Borla, but you also get what you pay for. It’s a good system but the I have/had two issues with it. The first is that the tailpipes hang down a lil much for me instead of being more snug to the rear bumper, I choose to go dual exit out of the rear. The second was that one of the exhaust hangers was too long and rubbing up against the frame of the truck so I had to trim it down to get rid of the bad noise it was making. Overall I’m happy with it, saved a thousand bucks, it sounds good too, not too loud but loud enough to hear it. If you can deal with slight fitment issues and want have you, it’s a good system to get if you wanna save a thousand plus dollars.

Ok, for the money
This exhaust system is louder than stock and has a good sound to it however, the fitment was not as good as I expected. The clamps that came in the kit wouldn't tighten down as needed so I had to go buy different ones. The initial part of the pipe with the flex portion was slightly short when hooked into the first rubber mount and required some muscle to get everything hooked up. Overall I like the sound but I expected a better fit for a kit specific to my truck.
