Description
Complete Kit for Trouble-Free Lighting. Installing your new backup or auxiliary lights is now made more trouble-free with this Backup/Auxiliary Lighting and Switch Kit. This kit comes with everything you need to properly connect your newly acquired auxiliary backup lights. This includes a loomed harness incorporated with a relay and fuses, as well as a lighted factory-style power switch. This design enables you to connect your lights directly to your battery, which minimizes the strain on your electrical system while allowing their direct activation. Alternatively, this kit permits you to connect to your factory reverse lights so your new backup or auxiliary lights are activated when in reverse.
Tough Build Quality. This Kit;s included harness utilizes high gauge wiring, providing consistent current for reliable lighting performance. The harness also features factory-style connectors molded from premium automotive-grade plastic, offering superior resistance to deterioration over time. The included switch is likewise molded from tough automotive-grade plastic and comes with integrated LED lights, making it visible in the dark. Lastly, the harness assembly is completely loomed for outstanding protection.
Uncomplicated Install Procedure. This backup and auxiliary lighting and switch kit utilizes factory locations in your truck as its installation points. No cutting or splicing of your truck's factory wires is necessary although you will need to cut out a hole on your dash to install the included light switch. Additionally, you may need to drill a hole through the firewall if an access hole is not provided. There is however an included grommet you could use to plug the hole. Finally, a pigtail connector may be necessary for certain applications.
Application. The Backup/Auxiliary Lighting and Switch Kit fits all GMC Sierra 1500 models.
