Easy to follow instructions and everything you need for those diy's basic tools need it and some mechanical skills 3 hrs tops front and rears.... however if you own a f250 24 or newer you need to change the right side wheel hub to eliminate the buzzing noise after you install this lift .fyi

Awesome setup for the proce
Easy install for a semi mechanically inclined dude with a couple buddies. 3 hours and a 24 rack later and we had er dialed in. Highly recommend a 1/2” impact. Made life much easier.

Customer service? Whats that?
First off, the kit was extremely easy to install. I think i could have been done in 2 hrs or less. However, the supplied shocks did not come woth the proper lower bushing! I called American trucks to address the issue. What they told me was I had to deal with Bilstein. I think they shouldn't sell the kit with a known problem. And if they do sell it they should provide the proper bushing. Long story short, it took me around 6 hours to install the Kit and that was only because I had some other bushings that I was able to machine to the proper size. When I called Bilstein I was on hold for over an hour. They gave me the option to leave my number and a short message. I did and told them my concern. That was over a week and a half ago and haven't heard a word. Very disappointed after wanting a set of Bilstein shocks my entire life. I feel like nobody cares if you complete the installation or not as long as you paid for it.

The product is very well made and designed. It went in very easily without a hitch. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Was the most complete kit that I could find it cost a little bit more but everything is very well built.
