Had to modify it to fit, cutting a notch out of the end at the tailgate and a little from the "keeper" prongs.

No where near as good as the OEM
These do not follow the body line of the truck bed as well as the OEM ones do. Have a gap on the rear as well as the front end. Not very happy with the product. I would spend the extra money and get the factory ones if I have to replace them again in the future.
