Description

Sporting a lightweight body, it utilizes the natural rigidity and impact resistance of acrylic to provide a lightweight shield that will redirect the flow of air around your vehicle, as well as withstand the blows of solid matter that gets kicked up in the road. It requires no drilling to secure on your vehicle and will last long even after constant exposure to the sun's rays.
Lightweight and Rigid. Made for easy security that requires no drill or welding work, it features ABS plastic base with an acrylic exterior for a premium look and a strong design that counters fade, and chalking caused by harsh UV. It retains its glossy black color on any hot day and will serve you for years to come.
Warranty. There is a limited 5-year warranty on this product.
Installation. This product is easy to install and should take about 1 hour.

Tough Guard Hood Deflector!
If you’re in the market for a Hood deflector,this is the way to go very aggressive look. Easy install, just take your time. Will totally give the front of your truck a better look at a good price, the only thing I would recommend, unless you have a heated garage, wait for a warm day, the install will go much better

Looks Nice but worst instructions and installation process
Looks Amazing! Install is the worst!!! the guide is no help. I strongly recommend painters tape and forget about the measurements use a supplied ruler but measure and a sharpie are your best friends DO NOT REMOVE THE RED TAPE until you are ready and even then one at a time Remove one and test fit remove another and test fit so on and so on.

Deflector installation
I will say this product looks great. But there is a but. The installation instructions are not readable. This cannot be installed as simple anyone can do as the website states. There's a 99.9 % chance you will have to have an experienced shop install this. And it's not an hour install it's at least 2 hrs for an experienced shop that actually understands the instructions. Your looking at about $ 240.00 to install this at a shop that gets $ 120.00 an hr labor

Product is awesome. Directions are a little confusing, and incorrect . Mounting holes in deflector are not the measurement that on the instructions. Some of mine were as much as 3 mm off.so step back take a few minutes to measure each center to center on the holes before installing pedestals.

Nice deflector
Deflector comes exactly as advertised. Is different than most I've seen. It isn't transparent material like most. Also doesn't wrap around front of hood. Instead it uses heavy duty double sided tape to mount to the hood. I've had this on my truck for several weeks and it's been fantastic. Gets lots of looks and looks good too. The rivets on the deflector is how it connects to the truck with the double sided tape mounts mentioned earlier. It does take a little time to install, approx. an hour, but the end product is great. A little attention to detail in the beginning pays off in the end.

Great Concept and Look...Poor Execution
Love the look of this Hood Guard, the mounting and instructions have plenty to be desired...Paper measuring tape is nowhere close to accurate, and the 3M Tape to hold the mounting tabs on is the biggest design flaw of this product...Followed the instructions to the letter and guard came loose on the 3rd day and banged all over my hood, pulled everything off, cleaned everything again per instructions, again and again on the 3rd day at 55mph both outside leading edges came loose, ultimately pulling 3 tabs off on both sides, and the Bumpons were tore off, so on my third install I removed the 3M Tape again, and this time I did a more permanent mount, using 3M Marine 5200, if this does not hold then I am getting my hood repainted.....This company knows they have flaws in the design, just for the fact they mention several times in their instructions, that if you do not follow the installations instructions to the letter, you void all aspects of the Warrantee...Buyer Beware, great look and concept, absolutely worst install design possible... Install the first time was about 90 min, second and 3rd install were about 3-4 hours having to re prep everything for re-install...
