If you're not wanting to get rid of that chrome backing, but keep OEM look, these are the ones for you at this price hard to beat. Easy to install, fit just about perfect, the adjustment is a little of angle from the whole but reachable. The beam is just as good as what i had before. After 4 carwashes, and about 3 days of heavy rain, no moisture build up.

Not happy
The wires are to short had to extend them myself about 3 inches so the plug wasn’t on the the support, with the plug on the support the light would not snap into place

Great headlights!
Great looking headlights. Love the black interior finish and look. Great replacement for the OEM Chrome ones and the truck looks a lot more sportier, but yet maintains the OEM look. Easy install of and took a little more than an hour with just a few simple tools.

Son's headlights had turned to white after years exposed to the sun and elements. Tried the Sylvania headlight restorer to no avail. Decided to just replace them and found a great deal on American Trucks on a pair that had been returned. Very satisfied with the product and how easy to install.

- No instructions on how to aim - Clear lens portion is different than OEM. Not smooth. Has bubble look - Could be bought cheaper on Amazon, but was able to get added coverage through American Trucks

Great Headlights
I went from yellowed dingy headlights to these. I can actually see the road again at night. They fit perfectly in my 2011 Ram 1500. I installed them in under 2 hours. That included watching videos and taking off the grille to make it easier.

Decent lights. Direct plug and play. Easy install. Very good price, especially Open Box pricing. Much better appearance over OEM chrome housing. Only cons are they seem to be built much cheaper than OEM. The lights and Caps are all looser than OEM. Also, the low beam light pattern is worse than OEM.
