Both Westin boards have 1/4-Inch treads that create a non-slip surface and provide plenty of traction in rough weather conditions.

      High-Quality Construction. Both Grate Steps Running Boards are welded for superior durability and impact resistance. The automotive-grade steel construction is excellent for providing peace of mind on trails and enough weight capacity. The design also comes with a textured black finish that looks great and provides reliable protection against the elements. This means that corrosion, rust, and fading are less likely to occur.

      Bolt-On Installation. Note that this Westin Grate Steps Running Boards kit comes with a custom Westin 27-2245 mounting hardware. This includes all the necessary brackets, nuts, and bolts to attach and secure the grate steps to your vehicle. Furthermore, no drilling will be necessary as the installation hardware is compatible with the stock mounting options.

      Limited Warranty. Westin offers a long 3-year limited warranty that covers the workmanship and materials. The manufacturer warrants repairing or replacing the boards even for issues such as natural perforation. However, the quality of the coating makes corrosion-induced perforation unlikely during the warranty period.

      Application. These Grate Steps Running Boards are compatible with the 2019-2025 RAM 1500 Crew Cab models.

      Installation Difficulty. This beginner-friendly installation can be completed with standard tools in less than 1 hour.
