Rod does not attach
Installed, it works. Since it was a Dorman part I thought it would be quality. One of the snaps that attaches the rod, would not hold the rod. That snap is part of the intergraded slide, so I could not replace that part, I would have to send the whole unit back. Since it was past the 30 day return policy, I had to make it work, by purchasing a snap C ring to hold the rod.

Perfect fit for 2012 RAM
Snapped the old one in half and this is the perfect OEM fit. It doesn’t come with the pushpin fasteners but you can get them at O’Reilly’s for $10. Takes less than 10 minutes to install. Spend more time getting the old fasteners out.

Great Product
This Dorman replacement tailgate spoiler is a great alternative to OEM. Fitment and looks are identical to Factory. Does not come with new clips, but otherwise a great product!
