Quality Construction. Proven Ground manufactures its Tonneau Cover with a Tri-Fold frame that is made from aircraft-grade aluminum for its superior strength and light weight. The soft top tarp covering is constructed from a weather-resistant, leather-grained vinyl fabric that can withstand the test of time without fading, making sure your truck always looks good.
No Drill Installation. The Proven Ground Tri-Fold Soft Tonneau Bed Cover comes with all the required mounting hardware, including locking pins and clamps, making for an easy install with no drilling required. Designed to mount on the bed rails, installation can be completed in under an hour with just basic hand tools.

Great bang for the buck on this cover, very comparable to other brands. I will say the shipping was very fast. Installation is a breeze, all of maybe 20 minutes max. My only gripe would be that the t handles are very small for someone with large hands.

Good Quality for the money
This cover is affordable and good quality. Went on a beach trip a couple of months ago with everything under the cover. Held up great. If it rains a little bit of water does make its way in around the tail gate but that's the only small negative I have.

Good value foe the price
On a budget, this tonneau cover does the job. As others have said, the clamps leave alot to be desired, but seem to hold the cover in place. It's light and easy to remove. Fitment could use some work, as there are small gaps around the perimeter. Overall though, it's doing it's job for relatively reasonable cost.

Nice quality outside of clamps
Everything but the clamps are great. The length of the section of the clamps that attached to bed are way to short to withstand any type of wind. In addition, the bolt on the clamp is too long to enable any snug fit. Mine flew off on the highway after I got it as tight as I could.
