This tonneau cover mounts near flush on your Sierra 1500’s bed rails, giving your truck a sleek design cue around the truck bed area. More importantly, this truck bed cover is built strong and will easily protect your valuable cargo from weather damage and theft.
Hard Tri-Fold Style. The Proven Ground Tonneau Cover features a tri-fold design that allows easy access into your truck bed when needed. This tonneau cover comes with a fastening system that secures the cover in the open position securely, so you don’t have to worry about the assembly getting blown away. Truck bed security is provided by a locking system that snaps into place once you drop the 3rd panel at the tailgate section. Moreover, this locking system keeps the tonneau cover closed while the tailgate is shut, keeping your truck bed contents secured.
Strong Build Quality. The Proven Ground Low Profile Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover features panels made from high-grade aluminum alloy. A synthetic core is sandwiched in between the panels’ aluminum plates and works to keep the tonneau cover’s weight down while adding extra rigidity. Its frames are also made from aluminum for strength. Lastly, this tonneau is finished in a durable matte-black powder coating for maximum corrosion protection.
Hassle-Free Install Procedure. The Proven Ground Low Profile Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover installs using preexisting locations on your truck, as well as standard hand tools. You may need to trim your bed liner depending on your truck’s model. Also, this tonneau cover includes all the necessary hardware for convenience.
