Description
Prosport Halo Series. If you are new to using boost gauges, then you should consider getting the Prosport Halo 30 PSI Boost Gauge – Electrical series gauge. This instrument is considered to be a good entry level boost gauge, from a price and ease-of-operation point of view. It’s available in three different colors, white, blue and amber. They are also fully dimmable, with six stages of dim.
Boost Gauges. If you happen to drive a turbocharged or supercharged vehicle, then it is recommended to use this gauge. This is because you need to know how much boost, the engine is making at high RPM, to find peak performance of the engine. The Halo series can measure from -30 to +30 PSI boost pressure.
Extra Features. The Prosport Halo series comes with features such as peak recall and warning feature. The warning limit can be set as audible or light flash mode. It also comes with altitude compensation. When the engine is turned on or off, it will do a full pointer sweep which is how the gauge re-sets itself. This gauge does not need a separate controller since everything is built in.
Installation. Installing this booster gauge is easy and straightforward as long as you have basic mechanical skills.
Warranty. Prosport offers a one-year limited warranty on all their products, for the original buyer. Warranty covers material or operational defects.
