Description
Improved Braking Power and Performance. For considerable improvements in braking performance over stock, get this front and rear PowerStop Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Rotor & Pad Kit. It combines PowerStop’s trademark Evolution rotors and Z23 series brake pads to deliver powerful yet smooth and comfortable braking. In fact, you can use this brake kit for both casual driving and more intense driving styles.
G3000-Grade Cast Iron Rotor Construction. This brake kit comes with PowerStop’s Evolution series rotors, which are made from G3000-grade cast iron. This ensures their long-lasting durability. What’s more, these brake rotors are also 100% mill-balanced for a perfect fit and reduced braking NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). The assembly is completed with a corrosion-resistant zinc dichromate plating.
One-Piece Cross-Drilled, Vented, and Slotted Rotor Design. These brake rotors are designed with vents, slots, and cross-drilled holes for unmatched braking performance. The vents and circular slots work together to keep the rotors operating at cooler temperatures. Meanwhile, the cross-drilled holes act as drains for debris, gases, and moisture to keep the rotor contact patch clean. This, in turn, gives the brake pads a stronger grip for more braking power.
Carbon Fiber-Ceramic Brake Pad Compound. PowerStop constructed their Z23 series brake pads from a carbon fiber-ceramic material with thermal-scorched surfaces. This construction gives the pads better heat resistance and makes them easier to break-in. In addition, these brake pads ensure uniform friction density. Lastly, the powder-coated backing plates prolong the brake pads’ lifespan and boost their corrosion resistance.
Produces Less Brake Dust and Noise. For your ultimate driving comfort, these brake pads have rubberized shims and chamfered and slotted surfaces. These features result in an almost perfectly quiet operation. In addition to less noise, these brake pads also produce less brake dust to keep the rotor contact surface clean for more “bite.” Your wheels and tires will also look better for longer with less brake dust.
Direct-Fit Kit for Replacements or Upgrades. You can use this brake rotor and pad kit to directly replace or upgrade your vehicle’s existing brake components. Installation requires jack stands and basic hand tools, and will take more or less than 3 hours to finish.
Complete Front and Rear Brake Rotor and Pad Kit. This complete front and rear brake kit comes with (2) front brake rotors, (2) rear brake rotors, (4) Z23 series front brake pads, and (4) Z23 series rear brake pads. Other items in the package include stainless steel mounting hardware, a pin bushing kit, and a high-temperature lubricant.
Comes With a 3-Year/36,000-Mile Warranty. PowerStop warrants that this brake kit will be free from construction and material defects for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. I recently did a lot of performance work to my F250 and needed performance brakes, these went on without any issues, and to say they stop you extremely well is an understatement, took me a couple days to get use to the sensitivity of them. I’ve had them a couple months and little to no brake dust. Definitely recommend

Beautiful appearance of a heavy duty front brake system for my 2019 F150 Lariat 3.5 Ecoboost. My braking power is smoother and more intentional. My truck is white and I bought the kit in red. I got these breaks this afternoon packaged very well wish it came with more lube . It took me about one hour to install and 30 minutes on the clean up . I do recommend to break them in on an empty street . Overall I have to give this 4.8 stars
