The heavy-duty cross-drilled rotors combined with the carbon fiber-ceramic brake pads deliver braking performance that’s faster, stronger, and smoother than stock.
High-Quality, Heavy-Duty Rotor Construction. The rotors that come with this front and rear kit boast of G3000 metallurgy, offering long-lasting durability and superior braking. In addition, they’re also 100% mill-balanced for a guaranteed perfect fit and reduced braking NVH (noise, vibrations, and harshness). Finally, these rotors are finished with zinc dichromate plating for enhanced rust and corrosion resistance.
Cross-Drilled, Slotted, and Vented Rotors. For ultimate braking performance, these PowerStop Evolution rotors have a cross-drilled, slotted, and vented design. The precision-drilled holes and vents keep the rotors cool, especially during more extreme braking conditions. Meanwhile, the rounded slots help sweep away dust, gas, and water from the contact surface. This allows that brake pads to get a stronger bite.
Carbon-Fiber Infused Ceramic Compound. These Z23 brake pads are made from a unique carbon fiber-ceramic compound to give you increased braking power that doesn’t sacrifice comfort. In addition, the surfaces are thermal-scorched for a shorter break-in period. Finally, these brake pads have powder-coated backing plates to help resist rust and corrosion and therefore extend their lifespan.
Quiet and Dust-Free Operation. The special carbon fiber-ceramic construction of these brake pads produce significantly less brake dust. This helps maintain a cleaner rotor surface, which in turn increases the pads’ grip on the contact patch. Less brake dust also means cleaner wheels and tires. In addition to a low dust output, these brake pads are also extremely quiet. They have chamfered and slotted surfaces as well and premium rubber shims for virtually zero braking noises.
