      Description. More firepower is now available for the 2000-2006 Jeep 4.0 Liter engines using the cassette coil on plug ignition. Our new SOS (Sultans Of Spark) Coil will increase spark output for improved combustion that leads to quicker starting, smoother idle, better fuel mileage and more power! The SOS Coil is designed as a direct replacement for the OEM coil with easy installation and no modifications to factory wiring. Performance improvements come from the increased coil windings engineered to boost voltage output by 15% for a hotter, more intense spark at the plug. To take advantage of this additional firepower, plug gaps can be extended to .040?. Wider plug gaps expose more of the spark kernel to the fuel mixture for the most complete combustion possible and a noticeable improvement in overall performance of your Jeep 4.0 Liter inline 6.
