Description
Fierce and Practical Side Modification. Equip your Super Duty with a side step upgrade that will not just make it easier for you to enter and exit your cab, but also protect your truck from potential damages, and even keep your interior clean. The textured black Growler Fleet Sure Grip Running Boards from N-Fab provide comfortable, 7-inch wide stepping areas with a high-traction tread pattern. This raised, serrated design can also scrape mud, dirt, and snow off your footwear before you step onto the floor mats inside your truck. Additionally, these rugged platforms block gravels, stones, and other trail debris potentially scratching or damaging your doors and side panels.
Heavy-Duty Construction. The premium aluminum construction of these Growler Fleet Running Boards can durably handle the rigors that typically come with rough off-roading. The platforms have 7-inch stepping areas with raised, high-traction pattern to secure your steps on any weather. In addition, these boards come with fully welded aluminum end caps and steel brackets. Furthermore, the rugged textured black finish provides an added layer of protection against harsh elements for long-lasting durability and enhanced visual appeal.
Simple Installation. N-Fab designed these Growler Running Boards for a bolt-on attachment to the pre-existing mounting points on your truck using the high-strength brackets. The installation takes about 1 hour using basic hand tools with light mechanical skills required.
Limited Warranties. These Growler Fleet Running Boards come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers defects in structure and a 5-year warranty for the textured black, powder-coated finish. These warranties exclude damages caused by accidents, product misuse, road hazards such as rocks and other debris, improper installation, modifications, fire, neglect, or any form of abuse. Easy to install, no mods required
I'm not a mechanic, but I can turn a wrench. I didn't want something difficult or time consuming to install. I bought these for a work truck after viewing a "how to install" video which made the install process seem easy. They were super simple to install. It took no modifications to the truck or step and I think I took my time and still got BOTH sides done in 20 min or less (total). I think most (if not all) people will have an easy time installing these. They seem really beefy, yet are made out of light weight aluminum. (Mounting brackets are steel, step is aluminum) Would have been 5 stars but I marked down for a flaw in the powder coat paint finish. (see photo). I used the shipping carton as a ground pad so I didn't get my clothes dirty or get rocks in the back.

Love the look and feel of these
These are just what I have been looking for. Had nerf bars for years and issue was always grip and slip, especially in wet and freezing conditions. And others weren't lying, easiest install possible. 12 nuts, 12 bolts, and you're done. Could easily install in under an hour if you have the right tools ready.

These steps are a must have. I live in the rust belt and work in the construction industry. Could be better
The product is well made and should hold up for years of use. But they short you fasteners, give you soft washers that bend in the pintch weld and the fit is not the best. The rear mounting bracket is welded on crooked , so i was able to only able to install 3 of the 4 mounting bolts.

Easy install
Quality construction and powder coating. Lines right up with factory Ford studs. Took me less than 45 minutes from unpacking to clean up. Now I can reach my fifth wheel hitch in the bed. Only complaint is I wish the steps were just slightly larger.

These things look awesome!
I'll start with the install first. It was extremely easy! 9 nuts on each side to remove the factory steps, they include 9 new nuts for the new steps. Just slide them over the bolts, get them started, then push up on the steps and tighten the nuts. These steps look so very awesome on the truck, and the steps sit abit closer to the truck vs my stock ones so you gain a little bit of clearance. The actual step is grippy too so no need to worry about sliding off!

Great purchase!!
I absolutely love these steps. They are clean looking and very sturdy. I’m 280 lbs and they don’t flex at all. Installation was literally 18 bolts and that’s it. 3 per bracket. The packaging was amazing. Everything was tight and wrapped up very well to prevent damage during shipping.
