      Description

      Improved Drivetrain. Believe it or not, modifying your drivetrain can be just as important as modifying your engine, if not more so. After all, the drivetrain is what puts the power that your engine is making to the tires. The Motive 8.5 in. &  8.6 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit - 3.73 Gears can assist with this as it improves the drivetrain by changing the overall gear ratios.

      Geared Up. This kit consists of a heat-treated ring and pinion constructed of 8620 steel that produces a 3.73 drive ratio in a 10-bolt transfer case. The differential pinion measures In with a 1.626-inch shaft diameter and the ring measures in at 8.5 inches.

      Hard Installation.  This rear ring gear and pinion kit should be installed by a qualified professional. Installation could take about 3 hours.

      Warranty Information. The Motive 8.5 in. &  8.6 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is covered by a 1-year/50,000-mile warranty. Refer to the manufacturer’s website for complete warranty details.
