This factor, when combined with a core volume that’s 46% larger than stock and free-flowing intercooler pipes, gives you maximum air flow. What’s more, this intercooler increases its fin surface area by 49% to more efficiently lower air temperature, ensuring your engine receives the coldest air in the largest amounts possible.
Robust Aluminum Build Quality. This Mishimoto intercooler’s core is made from high-grade aluminum alloy and features cast aluminum end tanks that are TIG welded onto the core. This gives you an assembly that offers superior durability and exceptional performance. Meanwhile, its intercooler pipes are mandrel-bent from 2.83-inch wide aluminum tubing, offering a turbulence-free inner structure. These pipes are then polished to a near mirror finish, giving the assembly a sleek look. Finally, the intercooler receives a tough silver powder coating, providing exceptional corrosion protection and awesome style.
