This intercooler kit is designed to work harmoniously with your truck’s factory induction system to maximize the delivery of cold air into your Ranger’s engine. By doing so, this intercooler offers total fuel combustion, giving you increased levels of power and torque you never knew you had.
Maximized Design. This Mishimoto intercooler kit provides maximum performance by offering a system that’s 24% less restrictive over stock. Meanwhile, its intercooler’s core volume is 46% higher compared to stock. These features, when combined with their free-flowing intercooler pipes, work to increase both air flow and volume into your engine. Moreover, this intercooler features a 49% increase in its fin surface area for more effective air cooling.
Hefty Aluminum Build Quality. This Mishimoto intercooler features an all-aluminum core that is not only strong and lightweight but also provides better heat exchange. Similarly, its end tanks are made from cast aluminum and are expertly TIG welded onto the core, providing consistent performance and added rigidity. Meanwhile, its intercooler pipes are made from 2.83-inch wide polished aluminum tubings that are mandrel-bent, ensuring maximum air flow as well as a sleek style. Lastly, the intercooler is finished in a chip-resistant black powder coating for rugged good looks.
Convenient Install Procedure. This intercooler utilizes your Ranger’s factory intercooler location as its mounting area. No drilling or other modifications to your vehicle are needed. Also, installation is required just standard hand tools to complete and all hardware is included for convenience.
